- Donations received through this web site are non-refundable.
- Damaged gift items may be returned within 30 days for a replacement.
- Substitutions may be made automatically for out-of-stock items if we are not able to reach you via the contact information you provided.
- If gift items are returned to Mark because you entered an incorrect address or because you were not available to receive them, you will need to pay for re-shipment of the items if you still wish to receive them.
- Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for arrival of your gift items.
